Welcome to your Safe Church Workbench. All of your tools are right here to assist you in developing and participating in a Safe Church program. The Workbench is organized into two major areas: On-line Training for Volunteers and Employees and Safe Church Program Administration. On-line Training for Volunteers and Employees: Access to training is provided through your Camp or Church Administrator. You will receive confirmation of your Login ID and Password by e-mail. You may then access the Armatus/Praesidium training site by clicking on the link below. You will complete three training modules. Your administrator will track your completion and you will be provided a completion certificate by e-mail.
Safe Church Program Administration: Getting Started – The training and background checking services we offer are only part of a workable Safe Church program. You must begin with the thoughtful creation of a Safe Church Policy and supporting Procedures. View Policy Resources on the right to begin your journey. Background Checking – Background checking of volunteers and employees is one component of a Safe Church program. Larger organizations may have administrators appointed and trained to initiate and monitor background checking. Administrators may view the documents in the Administrators Area. Appointed and trained Administrators may begin conducting background checks here:
