Package Payments Package policy payments can be made in convenient quarterly payments and are billed directly from the Insurance Board. Questions regarding payments are answered by our Accountant, Sherry A. Denby. You can reach her by calling 800.437.8830, option 1 or you can email Sherry with your question. Please remit package policy payments to: United Church of Christ Insurance Board PO Box #951382 Cleveland, OH 44193 800.437.8830, option 1 If you have missed your payment, a phone call must be made to the UCCIB Accounting Department, 800.437.8830, option 1. A member of our team will advise you to send the payment that day via overnight service to: National City Bank Lockbox Department # 951382 800.437.8830, option 1 Do not mail payments to the Insurance Board's main address. Doing so will create a delay in the processing of your payment. Also, please remember to include a copy of the remittance with your payment. *If you are processing through bank bill pay please reference your policy number NOT your Insurance Board ID #.
